Dear reader,
I write this newsletter as if I’m sending it to a good internet friend or my future self. That’s why I assume you’re familiar with my life. For example, I mention Uno and Ana without explaining who they are. I know they are my son and partner, so there is no need to explain the obvious.
I also don’t explain why I write this newsletter or why it’s called Naive Weekly. Doing so would be like telling the same story for the hundredth time at a family gathering. Cute at best.
But I know this newsletter isn’t just reaching friends anymore. There are now four thousand of you, so maybe it is time to ask me anything.
Send your questions to kristoffer@naiveweekly.com, and I’ll answer. It can be about anything: my favourite Greek island, my favourite newsletters, or where I find the links I share. I might include a few of your questions in next week’s edition.
With care,
Kristoffer

»More than anything, the idea of phone books makes me nostalgic for an era before social media, before personalized surveillance, before algorithmic control,« writes Rob Horning in his outstanding newsletter. On a side note, I’m nearly ready with what I think is my best internet project yet, the Internet Phone Book, made in collaboration with Elliott Cost. I can’t wait to show you the result.
