Field notes
I followed Mindy Seu’s experimental Instagram story lecture through the Instagram stories of participants. I was spellbound. The entire room shifted color from pitch dark to vivid magenta only using the participant’s phones. The lecture took place at Maya Man’s new space, Heart Gallery. I rarely experience FOMO, but Maya tests this with a playful, intelligent, and appealing program.
